Braidwood
Off to learning driving off road! Up and down steep gravel hills, mud and river crossings, over stones and tree trunks - our car is finally dirty! It was a fantastic weekend, lots of fun with a good bunch of people!
Canberra
From Braidwood we drove to Canberra to visit Jon and Danielle, former work colleagues. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner, nice wine and later a warm bed! Thanks Jon, Danielle, Shonnie and Jessica!
Floriade was on in Commonwealth Park, so we decided to check out the beautiful flowers and were surprised to see Bonsai trees that were more than 60 years old! After this, of course a must to see Parliament House before heading back to the slightly warmer coast - Batemans Bay area.
