After the last box was packed away into our storage unit and the car parked safely at our friends place we were heading to the airport : Destination Zuerich.
We spent the first two weeks with friends and family in Zurich, Bern, Riederalp and Engadin.
On our arrival we had the most beautiful and warm weather and enjoyed the first evening with Bratwuerste and Cervelats together with all of Strub's!
After the weekend in Zurich we headed to Bern and Burgdorf. Nice dinners everywhere, but also some excursions: went up to Gurten and walked down and also went to see the "Bundeshaus" - the parliament.
I (Sarah) spent a long weekend with Tina in Leukerbad, went to Italy to the markets in Domodossola to buy some yummy food and also went to Aletschgletscher - a fantastic walk through the snow where we saw chamois and "Murmeli"!
Thereafter we headed to Engadin to spend some more days in the mountains. Relaxing, walking, outdoor BBQ's and we also saw squirrels and capricorns!
Back in Zurich, we were able to get tickets for the Coldplay concert in Zurich which was fantastic!
